First, there’s no need to jump the gun; the problem with your supply chain companies might be minor. Just make sure to address the issue with the company and keep an eye on the results.

If the issue persists, it’s time to pursue other options. Scout out another business that can offer solutions, employ better technology and modern solutions, or offer improved in-house services, such as product assembly.
