APS Fulfillment, Inc. Reacts to 2016 Demand for Warehouse and Fulfillment Space Expected to Exceed Supply

APS Fulfillment, Inc. (www.APSFulfillment.com), one of the nation’s leading cost-effective fulfillment and integrated direct-mail marketing companies, comments on a report showing that the demand for warehouse, distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment space will exceed supply in 2016. “The demand for warehouse, distribution, and e-commerce space exceeded supply in 2015 across the U.S. and these conditions will continue in 2016,” says Charles Aultman, president of APS Fulfillment, Inc. “While e-commerce fulfillment is behind some of the growth, all segments are doing well.”

Demand is expected to be especially strong for warehousing and fulfillment companies in South Florida as the Spring 2016 completion of the Panama Canal expansion project nears. Opening of the expansion will positively impact not just warehousing and fulfillment companies near the Port of Miami but also brands that want to connect with major metropolitan hubs nationally and internationally.

“In the already-tight market, there is also going to be increased demand for warehousing and fulfillment companies that can meet a merchant’s flexibility, cost, and service requirements,” Aultman adds. “With the growing demand for accurate and timely pick-and-pack and fast delivery, urban warehousing and logistics companies have come to the forefront.”

APS Fulfillment, Inc. is one of the United States’ leading cost-effective fulfillment and integrated direct mail marketing companies, offering affordable and real-time fulfillment services to small, medium, and large companies. Its state-of-the-art technology provides turnkey solutions for high-volume perfect-match mailings, personalized direct mail, snap-pack mailers, postcards, and triple-tabbed booklets.
